Welcome to Singing Revealed. By registering an account or purchasing any course, program, or service (collectively “Courses”) on our websites (the “Websites”), you agree to these Policies, Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”) and our separate Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
Singing Revealed, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any registration in its sole discretion and may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of this Agreement.
1. Community Guidelines You agree to use the Websites and Courses lawfully and respectfully. You will not post, upload, or transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or invasive of privacy. You will not spam, impersonate others, use automated scraping tools without permission, or interfere with the operation or security of the Websites.
We may remove content or terminate access at any time for violations of these guidelines.
2. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this Agreement.
3. Account Security You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login information is prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Singing Revealed, Inc. is not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment All fees and taxes are due at the time of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method. You agree to keep billing information accurate and to pay any declined payment amounts plus collection costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees). Singing Revealed, Inc. reserves the right to suspend your access to any Course until all payments are current.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. To qualify, you must have actively followed the modules and completed the action items and still feel you received no value. After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Singing Revealed, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any live class, event, cohort session, or guided program at any time. If we cancel without rescheduling, we will issue a full refund minus any credit card, PayPal, or payment processing fees.
6. Intellectual Property & Access License All course content (“Content”) is owned by Singing Revealed, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. Access is generally provided for the lifetime of the Course (or for the specific duration of cohort or guided programs as described at purchase). You may not share, sell, record, distribute, or use the Content on any other platform. Live group sessions are for enrolled participants only.
Singing Revealed, Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in the Content. Unauthorized use automatically terminates your license.
7. User Content, Recordings & Marketing Rights Any comments, written materials, audio, video clips, testimonials, photos, or other content you submit or that is recorded during live sessions (“User Content”) grants Singing Revealed, Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute it for any business purpose, including marketing, promotion, and inclusion in our exclusive members-only archive.
We will never sell your images, recordings, or likeness to any third party, nor will we share them with unrelated persons or organizations. We may feature your progress and experiences on social media and other promotional channels.
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. You agree not to record or share any portion of live sessions.
8. Health Disclaimer & Release of Liability Our Courses provide educational instruction on singing technique. They are not medical or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified vocal health professional for any pre-existing conditions.
You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Singing Revealed, Inc., Philippe Clark Hall, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or injuries that may arise in connection with your participation in the Courses.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Websites and Courses are provided “AS IS” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singing Revealed, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Courses or Websites.
10. Force Majeure Singing Revealed, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, internet outages, strikes, or government actions.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Singing Revealed, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your User Content or (ii) any breach by you of this Agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Websites or Courses shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND SINGING REVEALED, INC. AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
13. Privacy Your use of the Websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).
14. Changes to Terms We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
16. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to any Course or the Websites at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
17. Miscellaneous If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us and supersedes all prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
